Developing the Capital Investment Plan

MassDOT publishes a Capital Investment Plan each year. Information about the draft plan, public meetings, and ways to provide comments will be posted here as soon as it is available.

Draft FY 2025–2029 CIP

MassDOT is working on developing the next Capital Investment Plan for state fiscal years 2025–2029. To view the Capital Investment Plan for fiscal years 2024–2028, which is currently in effect, please visit the Current Capital Investment Plan page.

As we get closer to the release of the Draft FY 2025–2029 Capital Investment Plan (CIP), staff will be presenting regularly at meetings of the MassDOT Board of Directors.

2024 MassDOT Board of Directors Meetings that include, or are expected to include, CIP discussions include the following:

• March 20, 2024, at 12 p.m.
• April 16, 2024, at 10 a.m.
• May 15, 2024, at 12 p.m. 
• June 18, 2024, at 12 p.m.
