Find information about environmental services offered by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance’s (DCAMM).

DCAMM assists Commonwealth agencies with a wide variety of environmental services, including:

• Environmental consulting services
  • Due diligence assessments for real estate acquisitions and disposition
  • Preparation of permits on underground storage tanks (USTs), boilers, wetlands, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), lead paint, Massachusetts Environmental Protection Act (MEPA), and MA Contingency Plan (MCP) submission
  • Evaluation of assessment and remediation options
  • Regulatory compliance

  • Development of scopes, budgets, schedules
  • Management of consultants from the design through implementation phases

• Management of statewide environmental services contracts
   
• Training services in conjunction with Massachusetts Facilities Managers Association (MAFMA)
