The Enforcement Division of the ABCC wants to ensure that people are being responsible with their licenses and permits granted to them. But you should file a complaint if you feel that someone is in violation of their license or permit.

The purpose of this form is to allow individuals to file complaints with the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission Enforcement Division relative to suspected illegal conduct of businesses licensed by the commission.
