The EOHHS HR Leave Department’s Leave Liaisons partner with the Office of Leave Planning Assistance (OLPA) to guide you during your leave and can support you with a number of inquiries such as:

  • Payroll and time reporting codes during your leave, including but not limited to the REGM time code and usage, PFML top-off, and Extended Illness Leave Bank (EILB) Withdrawal Applications
  • Coordinating your benefits or insurance needs during your leave for example, Group Insurance Commission, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), long-term and short-term disability benefits
  • Understanding when and how your Agency clears you to return to work from leave
