Find your Local Consumer Program

Local Consumer Programs (LCPs) work with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office to provide free consumer assistance services to communities across the commonwealth.

LCPs assist Massachusetts consumers with problems involving businesses. Depending on your issue, your LCP may provide consumer information, help you understand available information, assist with a consumer complaint or provide voluntary mediation between you and a business.

Use the search below to find your LCP, using the official name of your city or town. Neighborhoods, villages sections of a city and other local place names may not appear on the list.

If you still cannot find the LCP for your area, contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Advocacy and Response Division (CARD) for assistance.
