Overview

This image shows GATRA’s Emergency Action Plan for Battery Electric Bus Fires. It states that the current standard is to use water on the fire and that the facility has a sprinkler and alarm system. It also lists the steps to take in case of a fire: Call emergency services and report the fire; trigger the fire pull alarm and evacuate the building; assemble at a pre-determined location; and provide information to the fire department.
