Toolkit: Enhancing Hepatitis C Testing and Treatment
This toolkit was designed for primary care providers but includes tools and information which other health care providers may find useful. This resource is the culmination of an evaluation of primary care models of hepatitis C screening and treatment and was developed in collaboration with the New England AIDS Education and Training Center (NEAETC), and in consultation with five primary care practices that participated in the evaluation: Barre Family Health Center, Community Health Center of Franklin County, MGH/Chelsea Health Care Center, South End Community Health Center, and Stanley Street Treatment and Resources. The toolkit incorporates best practices identified by the clinics and resources they contributed. We are grateful for their participation.
Toolkit: Testing and Treatment of Hepatitis C in People who Use Drugs (PWUD)
This comprehensive toolkit is designed to support Syringe Service Programs (SSPs) in expanding access to hepatitis C virus (HCV) testing and treatment for people who use drugs. It provides practical guidance, evidence-based strategies, an array of resources and adaptable tools to help SSP integrate or strengthen HCV services.
