Initial Assessment of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council (EVICC)

The Initial EVICC Assessment was provided to the Massachusetts Legislature in August 2023 and provides a strategy for EV charging deployment across the state.

Overview

On August 11, 2023, the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council (EVICC) provided its initial assessment and recommendations to the legislature as required by law.

The Initial Assessment included an overview of the state of charging in Massachusetts, and recommendations for legislative and state agency actions to supprot the development of a robust and reliable network of EV charging infrastructure.
