Thank you for submitting your complaint to the Division of Insurance Consumer Services Unit (DOI CSU).  Your complaint has been received and we will review it promptly to ensure that this matter is within the jurisdiction of the Division of Insurance.  Within 1-2 weeks you will receive a notice that your complaint has been accepted along with a unique complaint number for you to reference, or that your complaint was referred to a more appropriate agency.  Incomplete complaints will be returned.
