JaShun will always be in my heart the Love and bond between a mother and her son is forever. I miss his smile, his laughter and him playing practical jokes on me. He brought so much joy to our family. We could always count on him. My son worked so hard at Fed-ex, MBTA driver, and Mass Dot as a Highway Technician Controller. And he loved his friends from Lexington High school. And his community. We will miss his big heart.
JaShun is known for his love for Boston sports and attending all the Championship parades. He enjoyed being a songwriter and singer. He reached out to the youth to motive them to stay in school and accomplish their goals. Then he was able to reach out and speak with the young male adults at Center for Teen Empowerment. Encouraging them to make goals and to be achievers.
JaShun had a passion for God and his community he always wanted to see others win in life. He told me his mission would not be in the church. It would be in the community, and he stated he felt sad about what God had to see happening in the community. I now know why he helped so many the way he did. He was very selfless. Always had a listening ear and spoke words of wisdom and knowledge. He was taken to soon he had plans of some projects he wanted to bring to the community for children and families. I now know and believe I will see him again in Paradise a better place where there is no crying, pain, wounds, or dying there. Your resting now my dear son, and watching over me. Love you.
