Justin joined MassDOT in August 2022 as an environmental analyst in the MEPA/NEPA Unit, after completing his bachelor's degree in environmental studies at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
In his work with MassDOT’s MEPA/NEPA unit, Justin works on a variety of projects and permits/documents for both the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Justin maintains a critical role in the Allston/Brighton Multimodal Project, performing ongoing review of the MEPA and NEPA documentation. Justin enjoys collaborating with other units to lead successful and high-quality project delivery.
In his free time, Justin loves going to concerts, watching movies, spending time with his pet birds Bud and Lou, and playing bass guitar.
