Water intended for potable use must comply with 310 CMR 22.00 and Drinking Water Policy 92-07. Only bulk sources/supplies which have received MassDEP approval as a PWS source may sell water to public water systems.
Public Water Suppliers using this information should be aware that a MassDEP emergency declaration order is required before the use of bulk water may be approved by MassDEP.
