Overview
The Team Lead will support a specific Massachusetts community or project by managing a team of 5-20 assigned volunteers completing a variety of work based on the community's specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with LBOH or project contact to determine scope of work and team needs
- Provide insight into capabilities of the APHVC and provide expertise as needed
- Document team’s work weekly and provide intermittent updates to the Field Operations Manager on project status
- Hold weekly team meetings to coordinate ongoing project work and check-in with volunteers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Availability 10-15 hours per week
- Affiliation with one of the APHVCs partner institutions
