Actuarial Consulting Services
The Lowell Retirement Board (“Board”) is seeking proposals from qualified Actuaries and Actuarial Services Providers to conduct a full actuarial valuation and provide actuarial consulting services on behalf of the System. The Board is governed by Chapter 32 of Massachusetts General Laws and subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (“PERAC”).
The Board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or part any or all proposals in the best interest of the Retirement System.

The date of release for this RFP is October 1, 2026. The RFP will be available until the time for submission of the proposals. Responses to this RFP are due on or before 4:00 P.M. on November 2, 2026.
