Lynn District Court - Renovation

This project includes the study, design and construction of major renovations and a 22,000 square foot expansion of the existing courthouse. The resulting facility will house 4 courtrooms and a hearing room, a clerk’s department, and a probation department. It will also include the addition of a second hearing room, additional support spaces, and improved secure and universally accessible circulation paths for the public throughout the building.
