Amended by St.2021, c.39, § 118, effective as soon as it has the force of law under subsection (c) of section 2 of Article LXXXVII of the Amendments to the Constitution.

Section 129D

No person shall be prohibited from riding in a division of occupational licensure approved man-basket, so-called, carried by any hoisting machinery for the purpose of bungee jumping or for any other division of occupational licensure approved activity.
