(a)

Upon receipt of an order by a court pursuant to section 100F, section 100G, section 100H or section 100K the commissioner, the clerk of court where the record was created and the commissioner of criminal justice information services appointed pursuant to section 167A of chapter 6 shall:

(1) expunge the record within the care, custody or control of the office, clerk’s office or department; and

(2) order all criminal justice agencies to expunge all publicly available police logs maintained pursuant to section 98F of chapter 41 within their care, custody or control.

(b)

Any criminal justice agencies receiving an order from the commissioner or the commissioner of criminal justice information services appointed pursuant to section 167A of chapter 6 pursuant to subsection (a), shall forthwith expunge all publicly available police logs maintained pursuant to section 98F of chapter 41 within their care, custody or control. Upon receipt of the order all criminal justice agencies shall, upon inquiry from any party, including without limitation, criminal justice agencies, a county agency, a municipal agency or a state agency, inform said party that no record exists.
