The registrars shall certify the receipt of each completed affidavit of registration and shall notify the person of the disposition of the affidavit. Nothing in this section shall be construed to change any registration deadline or qualification of voting. The state secretary shall make the online portal accessible in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and such additional languages as the state secretary deems necessary or required by law.
