The Rare Disease Advisory Council is seeking your input for an important new survey to help us understand:
- What resources are currently available to rare disease patients and caregivers?
- What resources are difficult to obtain, or are unavailable?
- Who are the stakeholders and advocacy groups that can help us better understand the needs of rare disease patients and caregivers?
Your input here is critical – together, we can change the future of rare disease patients in Massachusetts.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and results will be aggregated and summarized in a special report to the Rare Disease Advisory Council.
