Chair Ellsworth opened the subcommittee meeting at 3:30 p.m.  

Attendees

Present: Emma Ellsworth/Fisheries and Wildlife Board/Chair (remote participation), Kyla Hastie/Fisheries and Wildlife Board, Matthew Sisk/Fisheries and Wildlife Board (remote participation), Tom O’Shea/Commissioner/DFG, Allison Richards/EOEEA Strategic HR Business Partner

Vote to Enter Executive Session

Chair Ellsworth declared that an open meeting would have a detrimental effective in obtaining qualified candidates and made a motion to move to executive session for the purpose of considering applicants for employment and to not return to open session upon conclusion of the executive session. There was a roll-call vote.

Emma Ellsworth: Yes
Kyla Hastie: Yes
Matthew Sisk: Yes
Thomas O’Shea: Yes

The vote in favor was unanimous, and the open session ended at 3:30 p.m.

Executive Session

To consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants pursuant to Mass. G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(8).

Adjourn

There being no further business, Chair Ellsworth made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sisk. There was a roll-call vote.

The vote in favor was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
