Pursuant to recommendations from the 2019 Report of the SJC Steering Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, the SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being convened a Mentorship Working Group to pilot a variety of mentorship programs across the Commonwealth to evaluate their effectiveness. Upon evaluation of the pilot programs, the Working Group recommended development of a Database of Mentorship Programs across Massachusetts as well as a Statewide Mentorship Program administered by the SJC Standing Committee.
