Program Description: The YWCA of Malden will offer year round programming for in-school youth, ages 14-21. This program, WorkSmart, will provide career and job preparedness services to students of Malden High School, primarily those in the high school’s Teen Parenting Program, but also youth who are at risk of dropping out of school because they are homeless or about to become homeless.
