Motion Picture Operator Licensing

The Office of Public Safety and Inspection (OPSI) regulates the operation of motion picture projectors and licensed operators of such apparatuses.

You cannot use a projector in a public building with film longer than 10 inches unless you follow OPSI rules. All places using these projectors must be inspected by OPSI. No one can run this equipment in a public building without a license from OPSI. You can get license applications using the links below.
