The Board members of the Norfolk County Retirement System (the “System”) are currently seeking Requests for Proposal from qualified firms interested in providing U.S. Core Open End Real Estate Managers. The System’s target RFP amount is up to $20 million System. Funds that invest primarily in real estate overseas, development products and land funds will not be considered in this procurement. Value added, enhanced core, opportunistic, REITs and non-U.S. funds will also not be considered for this search. Only commingled vehicles will be considered.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its discretion.
The selected manager(s) must have familiarity with, and agree to comply with Massachusetts G.L. Chapter 32 and Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by PERAC.
Completed proposals are due at 2:00 PM EST on February 16, 2026.
