PUBLIC NOTICE
This Request for Proposal is being issued by Wainwright Investment Counsel, LLC (“Wainwright”) on behalf of the Norfolk County Retirement System (the “System”), which is seeking proposals from investment management firms to manage up to $100 million of the System’s defined benefit plan in a U.S. Passive Large Cap Growth Equity manager. Total assets of the System were reported by the custodian to be approximately $1.8 billion as of June 30, 2026.

The selected manager(s) must have familiarity with, and agree to comply with the relevant components of Massachusetts G.L. Chapter 32 and Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by PERAC.
Proposals are due on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 by 2:00 PM EST.
