Notice of Election
To the Membership of the Clinton Retirement System
An election for the purpose of selecting a member of the system to serve on the Clinton Retirement Board for a term of three (3) years, said term to commence on December 1, 2026 will be held on November 20, 2026
The election will be conducted by mail only. The instructions for voting will be provided to all members of the Clinton Retirement System, active, inactive, and retired, at a later date.
Active, Inactive and Retired Members are eligible to vote, while only Active Members in Service or Retired from Service are eligible for nomination and service on the Board.
Nomination papers can be picked up at the Clinton Retirement System Office, which is located in the Town Hall at 242 Church Street, Clinton, Ma. Nomination papers must contain at least 20 names and addresses of the members of the System.
Nomination papers are to be returned to the Clinton Retirement System’s office no later than October 6, 2026 by 4:00 P.M.
