To members and retirees of the Concord Retirement System:
Notice of Election
Election Date: May 19, 2026
Purpose
To elect the “fourth member” of the Concord Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00.
Term of Office
Effective 05/30/2026 – 05/29/2029
Candidates
Members in service and retirees of the Concord Retirement System.
Nomination Papers
Any member of the Concord Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing with the Concord Retirement Board office a nomination paper or papers containing the signatures and addresses of at least twenty-five (25) members and/or retirees of the Concord Retirement System.
Nomination papers may be obtained at:

The last day to submit nomination papers is March 31, 2026.
Ballots
If the Concord Retirement Board determines that more than one (1) candidate has been nominated for this position, the Board will prepare an Official Election Ballot(s). Each member and retiree will be sent a ballot(s) by mail shortly after.
All valid ballots received prior to 3:00 PM on March 31, 2026, shall be counted.
