Notice of Election:
Election Date:
May 27, 2026. The election will be conducted entirely by mail.
Purpose:
To elect a Member of the Easthampton Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions ofM.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00.
Term of Office:
New Term: Effective: June 6, 2026 to June 5, 2029.
Candidates:
Members in service and Retirees of the Easthampton Contributory Retirement System.
Nomination Papers:
Any Member or Retiree of the Easthampton Contributory Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing with the Easthampton Retirement Board a nomination paper(s) containing the signatures and addresses of twenty (20) or more Members or Retirees of the Easthampton Contributory Retirement System.
Nomination papers may be obtained between February 24, 2026 -April 9, 2026 Between 8-4pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at:

The deadline for filing nomination papers is 11:00 a.m on April 92 2026
If the Retirement Board determines that more than one candidate has been nominated, an official election ballot will be mailed to all members and retirees of the system. The Retirement Board must receive ballots cast no later than 10:00am on May 27, 2026.
