To the Members and Retirees of the Hull Contributory Retirement System:
Purpose
To elect two Members to serve two separate three year terms as Elected Members of the Hull Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00
Terms of Office
Effective December 31, 2026 - December 30, 2029
Candidates and Nomination Papers
Any member in service, or retiree of the Hull Contributory Retirement System, may qualify as a candidate by filing a nomination paper containing the signatures and addresses of at least twenty (20) members or retirees of the Hull Contributory Retirement System with the Hull Retirement Board Office.
Nomination papers may be obtained on or after September 8, 2026

The last day to submit nomination papers is 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Ballots
If the Hull Retirement Board determines that more than one (1) candidate has been nominated for either position, the Board will prepare an Official Election Ballot(s). Each member and retiree will be sent a ballot(s) by mail shortly after October 20, 2026.
Ballot Due Date
All valid ballots received prior to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 shall be counted.
