To Members and Retirees of the Worcester Regional Retirement System
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 34B, Section 19(h) the Worcester Regional Retirement Board Advisory Council ("Election Board") will conduct and oversee an election on December 4, 2026 for the purpose of electing a member or retiree of the Worcester Regional Retirement System ("WRRS") to serve on the Worcester Regional Retirement Board ("WRRB") for a term of three (3) years, said term to commence on January 1, 2027. The election will be conducted by mail only.
Candidates: Any WRRS member or retiree can qualify as a candidate by filing with the Election Board a nomination paper containing the signatures and addresses of at least five (5) System members or retirees. Nomination papers must be received at the WRRB office on or before 4:00 P.M. on September 8, 2026.
