There will be 287 total housing units consisting of 348,100 sq ft across 3 components of which 248 units (86%) will be affordable with deed restrictions.
The three housing components consist of:
- Brooke House which will feature a six-story building with 127 units of affordable rental senior housing as well as a community center, medical suite and child care center on the ground floor
- Treehouse will be a four-story building with 66 affordable intergeneration units of housing
- 94 mixed-income homeownership units
This transaction is scheduled to close on August 2025 with construction to commence in Q4 2025.
