What You Will Need to Process Your Registration Transaction
- A credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) to pay for all transaction fees.
- The registered owner’s last name (all CAPS), date of birth, physical address zip code, registration number (no spaces between characters and all CAPS) and email address.
- You will be asked to create a USER NAME and PASSWORD if this is your first visit to our new registration website.
- Please make sure to enable pop-ups on this site before processing your registration renewal
- Browser Requirements: This system works best with Internet Explorer 10 and 11, Mozilla Firefox 32, Safari 6, Chrome37 and Opera 24.

Q: What kinds of transactions are available online?
A: You can also renew or duplicate boat, off-highway vehicle and snowmobile registrations online.
Q: Am I already in the system?
A: The first thing the application must do is see if you are already in the system, and then distinguish you from other licensees who may have the same or a similar name. If you have recently registered a boat, snowmobile or ATV, you are likely in the system.
Q: How do I pay for my registration?
A: You can pay with a valid credit (not debit) card on the site. We currently offer Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card information is handled securely and we do not store your credit card number. Please see our privacy policy for more details on how we handle your personal information.
Q: How do I get my registration?
A: At the end of the process, after you have paid for your registration, you will be presented with a confirmation screen summarizing the transaction. We recommend you print that screen out for your records. Our intent is to mail your license out the next business day after your purchase
