The Veterans’ Home in Holyoke’s Outpatient Services

The Veterans Home at Holyoke Outpatient Department (OPD) is closed. The Outpatient Department (OPD) closed at the end June 2022. All former patients were contacted and supported through transition to appropriate providers in the community.
