Key Features
- Dashboard displays payments made by DCAMM to design and construction firms working on DCAMM-managed capital projects.
- Dashboard includes payments made during the last 5 complete calendar years, along with the current calendar year to date and is updated daily.
- Payment data is extracted from the state’s accounting system of record (“MMARS”) which is maintained by the Office of the Comptroller.
- Dashboard includes only payments that have been approved by DCAMM and recorded in MMARS. Dashboard is provided as a convenience to DCAMM’s contractors and subcontractors but is not intended to replace MMARS, which remains the system of record for the Commonwealth’s financial transactions. Neither DCAMM nor the Commonwealth assumes any liability for any payment information that is missing or inconsistent with official MMARS records. Dashboard does not include requests for payment that are currently being reviewed for approval or that have been rejected by DCAMM.
- Dashboard provides information about approved payments to prime contractors only and does not in any way define or alter contractual requirements between prime contractors and subcontractors performing work on DCAMM capital projects. Subcontractors with questions relating to a payment due to a subcontractor by a prime contractor who appears on this dashboard should direct those questions to the prime contractor.
- Search by calendar year, project number, project name or prime contractor. “Service to and from dates” show the time period covered by the payment that was made.
