Personal Care Attendant Worker Survey

In 2009 the PCA Workforce Council contracted with JSI Research & Training Institute, an internationally known public health research and consulting firm, to conduct the first comprehensive survey of Massachusetts PCA workers.  More than 500 PCAs were contacted.  The information obtained has helped the Council formulate ideas and strategies for helping with issues such as recruitment, longevity and job satisfaction.
