You must bring only the following items with you to the exam site:

• This printed Notice to Appear email (electronic versions are not accepted)
• A government issued photo ID is required
• Two #2 pencils and a good eraser

Note the following information about your exam:

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, as applicants will not be admitted after the exam has begun. The exam is 3 hours in length, however, you should allow 4 hours for the entire process.
• Rights to Appeal: MA General Law Chapter 31 Section 22
• Grounds for Disqualification: MA General Law Chapter 31 Section 74
• If you are the son/daughter of a correction officer who was killed or sustained injuries resulted in the correction officer's death or is permanently and totally disabled as a result of an assault while in the performance of the correction officer's duties, please email [e-mail] to claim this preference.
