Searchable List of Filers
The Source Registration and Greenhouse Gas facility search tool lists the facilities that must submit Source Registration (SR) and/or Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reports to MassDEP and their next due dates. Data in this tool is refreshed nightly.
Instructions – click column headings to sort; click on a facility to display the address information; ctrl-click to select multiple facilities. If you need the entire list, please download the spreadsheet: SR & GHG Filers List (updated March 6, 2026).
Limitations – This list and the due dates are based on existing MassDEP records. Facilities are responsible for assessing their own requirements to submit reports based on their current equipment and emissions and the SR and GHG regulations. Criteria for SR/GHG reporting are found in Air Pollution Control Regulations 310 CMR 7.12 (SR) and 310 CMR 7.71 (GHG). See the SR/GHG Program webpage for details.

Definitions
SR – source registration report
GHG - greenhouse gas report
YOR - year of record; the calendar year for the data in the report
What to File – the type of report indicated by current MassDEP records (SR, GHG, or SR/GHG combined)
File By – the due date for the next SR and/or GHG report
Contact MassDEP – facility should contact MassDEP at baw.edep@mass.gov before starting a new report in eDEP
Last Filed … YOR – the last year of record for which the facility filed a report
Reported emissions exceeded thresholds – the facility emitted 25 tons or more of NO2 or VOC, or the facility emitted 0.5 tons or more of lead
Current Class – annual compliance fee classification under 310 CMR 4.03 that corresponds to requirement to submit SR and the frequency required (with some exceptions)
