Sentencing Best Practices
The Sentencing Commission strongly recommends consideration of the Trial Court Sentencing (and Dispositional) Best Practices for the Boston Municipal Court, District Court, and Superior Court, which can be found at "Sentencing best practices." All judges and practitioners that practice in adult court should be conversant in the details of the Superior Court Best Practices and commentary, included in Volume 1, Appendix C.
