Pension Administration Software Services for the Somerville Retirement Board
The Somerville Retirement Board invites sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to provide Pension Administration Software Services for the Somerville Retirement Board.
A Request For Proposal (RFP) and specifications may be obtained at the Somerville
Retirement Board, 323 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145 on or after Monday, September 28, 2026. The RFP is also available electronically via e-mail request at mpasquariello@somervillema.gov
Sealed proposals will be accepted at the above office until October 20, 2026 at 11:30
AM. The sealed proposals will be opened on October 21, 2026 at 2:30 PM. The Somerville Retirement Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if, in its sole judgment, the best interest of the Somerville Retirement Boardwould be served by so doing.Late proposals will be rejected.

The ideal firm serving in this capacity must have a broad range of experience with pension and pension asset management software systems and have at least 3 years of pension database software support services to at least 5 other Massachusetts public employee retirement boards. The firm must also have experience in M.G.L. c. 32, and be very familiar with the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) in Massachusetts, and its regulations.
The contract start date shall be January 1, 2027.
