An attractive and historic ±17,800 SF building on a 0.75 acre downtown site, walkable to the Fitchburg Commuter Rail Station. The RFP for this opportunity is now available and can be found on the Fitchburg Bid Posting Website. Proposals can be submitted up until September 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
210 Springs Road, Bedford
A Request for Proposals to redevelop a 5.05 acre surplus parking lot on the Middlesex Community College campus is now available on the 210 Springs Road, Bedford - Redevelopment Opportunity Webpage.
