The Taunton Contributory Retirement System is conducting a Farmland (real estate) search.

The Taunton Contributory Retirement System is conducting a farmland manager search under the guidance of their investment consultant, Kevin Condy, CFA. The Plan has approximately $450 million in total assets. The amount of this search is approximately $22 million. Only open-ended products will be considered for this mandate. All proposals will be evaluated by the investment consultant and recommendations will be made to the Plan. The final decision will be made by the Board of Trustees.
