Training and Career Ladder Program

The Training & Career Ladder Program is comprised of a partnership between union leadership, employee relations, agency human resources and agency and HRD learning & development. Through successful collaboration, focusing on the training needs of bargaining unit employees, we have developed a comprehensive set of offerings that address high-priority training and professional development needs of the employees, and serves the ongoing operational and workforce planning goals of agencies.

Courses include a combination of instructor-led classroom trainings, online learning, targeted professional development opportunities, and license reimbursements. Program offerings are bargaining unit specific and multiple classes in various locations are offered to support workplace productivity and operational needs.

Training opportunities are selected to support employees develop within their current roles, and also to provide training opportunities for positions and promotions employees may aspire to.

Check out the schedule of training courses offered to your specific union. If you would like to sign up for a course, you must register for enrollment within PACE Learning Management System
