Whether you're requesting unemployment benefits or an employer, the new Unemployment Services system is now live and ready to use. It’s easier to navigate, and mobile-friendly—so you can access what you need, when you need it.

For Claimants (People Applying for or Receiving Benefits)

You can still apply for unemployment benefits, manage your account, and file your weekly benefit claims online. You will need a MyMassGov account to log in to Unemployment Services for workers.

For Employers & Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)

UI Online has been replaced by Unemployment Services for Employers – you'll no longer need to use both systems. Also, you'll no longer receive mailed fact-finding requests from the Department of Unemployment Assistance.
