Victim and Survivor Services (VSS) Funding

MOVA will release an open grant opportunity for the Victim and Survivor Services (VSS) grant awards in the fall of 2025. The initial grant spending period will be for state fiscal year 2024, which is July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

Grant Funding Opportunity

The Victim and Survivor Services (VSS) grant is designed to provide support to organizations providing counseling, advocacy, and intervention services to victims and survivors of crime. The grant will be competitive, and all applications will go through a review process. 

This grant application will be open to nonprofit, tribal and government organizations that operate within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide free services to victims and survivors of crime.
