Call for Grant Applications (CGA)
The Victim and Survivor Services (VSS) grant is designed to provide support to organizations providing counseling, advocacy, and intervention services to victims and survivors of crime. The grant is competitive, and all applications will go through a review process.
This grant application is open to public and nonprofit organizations, including Native American Tribal Governments, that operate within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide free services to victims and survivors of crime.

Grant Application Technical Assistance Session
MOVA will also host an optional, virtual technical assistance session to discuss frequently asked questions, primarily around use of eGrants, for the VSS grant opportunity for FY27. The session is intended for organizations interested in applying for a VSS grant award to support the provision of free direct services for victims and survivors of crime November 19th.
