MassDEP's 2023 Draft Intended Use Plans detail projects that are proposed to be financed through the Clean Water & Drinking Wate

MassDEP is pleased to present the 2023 Draft Intended Use Plans detailing the projects, borrowers and amounts that are proposed to be financed through the Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF loan programs. The SRF loan program is a joint federal-state financing loan program that provides subsidized interest rate loans to improve or protect water quality and infrastructure systems in the Commonwealth.
