2023 Final SRF Intended Use Plans

MassDEP's Final 2023 Intended Use Plans detail projects that that will be offered financing through the Clean Water & Drinking Water SRF programs.

MassDEP is pleased to present the 2023 Final Intended Use Plans detailing the projects, borrowers and amounts that will be offered financing through the Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF loan programs. The SRF loan program is a joint federal-state financing loan program that provides subsidized interest rate loans to improve or protect water quality and infrastructure systems in the Commonwealth.
