The Childhood Trauma Task Force, which was established by Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018 (An Act Relative to Criminal Justice Reform), is charged with determining how the Commonwealth can better identify and provide services to youth who have experienced trauma, with the goal of preventing future juvenile justice system involvement.
As part of its mandate, the CTTF studies and makes recommendations on improving the Commonwealth's response to children who experience trauma. As such, the CTTF publishes annual reports as well as special topic documents and reports related to childhood trauma.
