The Assistant Secretary, Chief Operating, Chief Technology and Chief Information Security Offices at EOTSS have collaboratively defined and implemented technology, service and security policies and standards for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  These enterprise policies and standards help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Commonwealth's information and information systems. We appreciate your cooperation and collaboration in effectively keeping Commonwealth data secure.

Required v. Recommended: Chapter 64 of the Acts of 2017

Executive Branch: REQUIRED

Pursuant to Chapter 64 of the Acts of 2017, all Executive branch agencies are required to conform to defined EOTSS policies and standards.

Non-Executive Branch: RECOMMENDED

It is recommended that non-Executive branch agencies follow defined EOTSS policies and standards.
