Use this online form if: the business has closed or changed ownership, the invoice needs correction, there is a financial hardship or you need another copy of your invoice.

Pay fees owed to the Commonwealth using credit card or Electronic Check/ACH online through MassPays

1. Make a check for the full amount owed, payable to COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. 2. Attach your remit stub from your invoice. 3. Send check and remit stub to: The Department of Environmental Protection Commonwealth Master Lock Box P.O. Box 3982 Boston, MA 02241-3982
