Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children

Final Amendment to Regulation

At its meeting on February 14, 2024, the Public Health Council approved adoption of amendments to 105 CMR 430.000, Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children. The Department filed the regulatory action with the Secretary of the Commonwealth for publication in the Massachusetts Register on March 1, 2024.
